Stemming from the hospitality industry, Thabile is like a chef that wears many hats. Working at Kumoja Communications, Thabile has brought her passion in events, project management, sales and marketing noticeably influencing a new division of Kumoja Communications called The Pink Label offering bespoke cutlery and linen a success, through her natural eye for beauty.
As the director of sales and marketing she is responsible for planning and implementing sales, marketing and product development programs, both short and long term, targeted toward existing and new markets including projects budget plans and strategy, marketing concepts, positioning, people management, territory management, sales planning, competitive analysis, understanding the customer, product development, client relationships and creative services
Thabile’s events and marketing experience includes the following projects:
- Road Traffic Management Corporation, road safety awareness for school kids in Soweto.
- Department of correctional services, launching the new gallows in Pretoria Prison
- Launch of BMW 3 series
- Department of Transport, celebrating a decade of road safety during peak times at the Union Buildings.
- Unveiling of new street names in Tshwane
- PRASA, ANCs 100th years celebration in Mangaung
- Cricket SA, sports workshops for young underprivileged kids
- Launch of the new Ariel washing powder at Mari Fitzgerald Square
